All items are personally autographed by me, Kylie Ireland, and mailed via USPS in a plain, unmarked package. Orders may take as long as two to three weeks due to the personally autographed nature of the items and my hectic schedule.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of products being personalized and autographed, we cannot honor refunds. In highly unlikely event of a defective product (Videos and DVD's ONLY), a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge or you can receive store credit less your original shipping charge.
